Terms & Conditions

By renting a vehicle from Fancy Car Rental (S.S. IE), the Renter confirms agreement with the following terms aimed at ensuring safety, transparency, and a smooth rental process.

1. Renter Requirements

The Renter must meet the following conditions:

• Minimum age — 20 years
• Minimum driving experience — 1 year
• Required documents:
  • valid driver’s license
  • passport
  • credit card

Note: An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required only if the national license is not written in Latin characters.

2. Rental & Payment Conditions

• The rental cost must be paid in full at the start of the rental
• Accepted payment methods:
  • bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MIR
  • cash (rental payment only)

3. Security Deposit

• Minimum deposit — from 50,000 AMD
• The deposit is blocked (pre-authorization) on a credit card only
• The deposit amount depends on:
  • vehicle category
  • selected insurance coverage

With CDW: deposit is fixed — 100,000 AMD

Deposit return:

• processed within 14–21 working days
• possible if there are no:
  • damages
  • fines
  • violations of contract terms

4. Insurance Coverage

Standard insurance includes:

• TPL (Third Party Liability) — third-party liability insurance
• TP (Theft Protection) — protection against vehicle theft
• CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) — limitation of liability for vehicle damage

Full insurance:

• Super CDW / Full Protection Package — the package covers most body damages
• valid only if conditions are met:
  • no driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • no violation of rental agreement

Exclusive insurance:

• Super CDW / Full Protection Package — the package covers most body damages
• TWP (Tire & Wheel Protection) — tires, wheel rims and hubcaps
• GP (Glass Protection) — damage and cracks of windshield, rear and side windows
• valid only if conditions are met:
  • no driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • no violation of rental agreement

Insurance coverage area:

• Republic of Armenia
• Georgia

5. Renter Responsibilities

The Renter (agrees to):

• use the vehicle legally and carefully
• not to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• immediately report:
  • road accidents
  • technical issues
  • theft or damage of the vehicle
• in case of an accident notify the police and the company
• return the vehicle on time and in proper condition

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions

It is prohibited:

Use of the vehicle:

• outside public roads (off-road)
• for illegal purposes
• for racing or dangerous driving

For violation of all above-mentioned points (6) penalty: up to full deposit amount

7. Vehicle Return Conditions

• The vehicle must be returned strictly at the agreed time
• The return procedure must be completed within 1 hour

Late return penalties:

• 2–3 hours — 15,000 AMD
• more than 3 hours — charged as a full rental day

8. Fuel Policy

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received
• Missing fuel is charged at 1000 AMD per liter

9. Damages & Penalties

The Renter is responsible for:

• lost keys / vehicle registration certificate / license plate / mats
• missing parts
• any vehicle damage

Possible consequences:

• partial or full retention of the deposit

Additional fees:

• accident administrative fee — up to 50,000 AMD

10. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before rental start

11. Legal Terms

• All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia
• Signing the rental agreement means full acceptance of these terms
